Approved Payment Methods

All payments for your loan or any charges must be made directly to Kris An Charles using our approved payment methods. 

To ensure accurate and timely processing of your payment, please include your Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) as a reference when making payments. Your TRN is used solely for the purpose of identifying your account for payment allocation.

The following are our approved payment methods:

  1. Salary deductions
  2. Standing order
  3. Online banking bill payment using NCB or Sagicor Bank internet banking.
  4. Direct bank transfer from any commercial bank to our NCB or Sagicor Bank accounts. It is very important that you send a confirmation of the payment to your Loans Officer or to [email protected] so that we know which account the payment is for.
  5. Using your debit or credit card at any of our twelve branches island-wide.
  6. Payment at any Bill Express location in Jamaica. For a list of Bill Express locations, click here.

  8. Payment through our website eStore using your credit card. To make a payment now, click here.

Note that we do not accept cash at any of our offices.

You may make payments using the above approved payment methods during the life of your loan. Your loan payments must be made by the payment method agreed on at the start of your loan.

If salary deduction is the agreed payment method for your loan and your salary deduction has been discontinued for any reason, please immediately call our Contact Centre at (876) 754-6480, (876) 754-6478 or (876) 926-0609 or email us at [email protected] so that we can arrange to have this reinstated.

Even if your loan has been assigned to an external party for collection, please note that you must still make all payments directly to Kris An Charles using one of the approved payment methods above.
