You can obtain your balance by calling our Contact Centre at (876) 754-6480, (876) 754-6478 or (876) 926-0609 during business hours. You may obtain written verification of your balance by requesting a statement or credit letter through your branch or our Contact Centre.
A statement costs J$1,000.00 (inclusive of GCT) for same-day service and J$500.00 (inclusive of GCT) for next-day service. If you would like same-day service, you should make your request and the payment by 2:00 p.m.
A credit letter costs J$2,000.00 (inclusive of GCT) for same-day service and J$1,000.00 (inclusive of GCT) for next-day service. If you would like same-day service, you should make your request and the payment by 2:00 p.m.
Stop orders are issued at no cost the day after your request is received. If you would like a same-day stop order, there is a charge of $1,000.00 (inclusive of GCT), and you should make your request and the payment by 2:00 p.m.
You may need to provide us with one (1) or two (2) guarantors depending on the loan amount. Guarantors must be employed for at least one (1) year at the same company as the applicant.
If your company does not make salary deductions and your salary is paid directly into a bank account, an updated passbook or account statement is required (also applicable to guarantors).
At the moment, we do not have an insurance option, however, we do have a contingency plan in case of the death or disability of a borrower.
No. There is no savings portion in your monthly payment as Kris An Charles is not a deposit-taking institution.

All payments for your loan or any charges must be made directly to Kris An Charles using our approved payment methods.
To ensure accurate and timely processing of your payment, please include your Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) as a reference when making payments. Your TRN is used solely for the purpose of identifying your account for payment allocation.

You may make payments using the above approved payment methods during the life of your loan. Your loan payments must be made by the payment method agreed on at the start of your loan.

Even if your loan has been assigned to an external party for collection, please note that you must still make all payments directly to Kris An Charles using one of the approved payment methods above.
