LOANS OFFICERS
Kris An Charles Investments Co. Ltd. has been Jamaica’s premier micro finance company since 1992 and operates twelve branches island-wide. We are recruiting Loans Officers for our Kingston, Port Antonio, May Pen and Santa Cruz branches, who are committed to sales, service and success and are seeking a challenging opportunity with a dynamic and progressive Company. Applicants must be highly motivated, passionate about sales and extremely proactive and should demonstrate the ability to build and maintain customer relationships and close sales.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- At least a first degree in Business Administration or Marketing (completed)
- A minimum of two years’ experience in sales/ loans
- Must be target oriented with a drive to succeed in the microfinance industry
- Exceptionally talented, energetic, high-performing
Core Responsibilities
- Interview and assess prospective customers to determine eligibility for loans
- Assess and analyse loan application and evaluate credit worthiness of applicants
- Build and maintain relationships, generate prospects and convert to sales
- Perform administrative duties as required
